What we collect
Your email address, if you give it to us for the free story or a newsletter. That is the only thing we ask you for directly.
When you buy something, Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing details. We never see or store your card number.
Why we collect it
To send you the free story, to let you know when a new theme is ready, and to deliver what you bought. We don’t sell your details and we don’t share them with anyone beyond the services that make the site work.
Who processes data for us
- Paddle — payments, tax and refunds, as Merchant of Record.
- Our email provider — storing your address and sending you email.
- Vercel — hosting this site.
- Microsoft Clarity — how this page is used: which parts are read, where people stop scrolling, and anonymised recordings of the page being used. Text you type is masked and never recorded.
- Meta (Facebook) — measuring whether an advert brought you here. Only runs if you have agreed to it.
Cookies
Nothing on this site needs a cookie to work — you can read every page, try the coloring page and get the free story without one. The tools above set their own, to recognise a returning visit. If you would rather not have them, your browser can block third-party cookies, and the site will behave exactly the same.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@theplaykit.online and ask us to delete what we hold about you, and we will.
Children
The product is for children, but the buying is for grown-ups. This site is intended for adults, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from a child.
