Payments for The Play Kit are handled by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles all billing enquiries, refunds, and returns. Your bank statement will show a charge from Paddle.net.
What you are buying
Digital files, delivered by download. Nothing is shipped to you. Each purchase includes one or more storybooks, designed to be read on a screen, and their matching coloring books, designed to be printed on paper. The coloring pages are line art drawn from the scenes in the story. Illustrations are AI-generated and edited by hand before release.
Home Licence
Read the storybooks on your family’s own devices, and print the coloring pages as often as you like, forever. Please don’t resell the files, share the download link publicly, or upload them to other marketplaces.
Classroom Licence
Everything in the Home Licence, plus: display or project the storybooks to your class, and print coloring pages for every student, for as long as you teach. Covers one teacher and one classroom. Need a whole-school licence? Email us and we’ll sort it.
Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t right for your child, email us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a full refund through Paddle. You keep the files. Full detail on the refund policy page.
Copyright
The stories, illustrations and layouts remain our property. Your licence is to use them, not to redistribute or resell them. If you would like to use something beyond what the licences above allow, just ask.
Liability
We provide the files as they are. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms, the updated date above changes with them. Changes are not retroactive — the terms you bought under are the terms that apply to your purchase.
